SVLOs provide compassionate, trauma-informed support, allowing you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, at your own pace. They can guide you through your next steps, whether that involves accessing internal or external support services or discussing reporting options.
SVLOs may conduct risk assessments and provide support plans detailing ongoing tailored support, depending on the needs of the individual.
SVLOs can support both the reporting party (meaning the person who has made the disclosure of experiencing unacceptable behaviour) and the reported party (meaning the person who has had a report of unacceptable behaviour made about them).
