Below is the list of NU London's policies that relate to the subjects of Harassment, Bullying, and Sexual Misconduct.

The Respect for the Rights and Dignity of Others Policy outlines the principals by which NU London aims to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for all of our students and employees.

The Staff Code of Conduct provides NU London's values that anyone working for or representing the University must follow. This encompasses both ethical and legal standards.

The Disciplinary Policy provides a framework used to foster good conduct amongst employees at NU London.

The Northeastern University Non-Fraternization Policy applies to NU London as if it were a policy of Northeastern University London. The policy establishes clear boundaries to protect students and staff, while preventing conflict of interest, favoritism, exploitation, harassment or breaches of professional standards.

NU London provides a range of confidential resources to our staff. Our providers do not share any of your personal information with the University, this includes the identity of the staff member using the service and the information discussed during the service.

The University works with Spectrum Life, an Employee Assistance Programme that can provide a range of services for staff and students, including counselling, financial advice, legal guidance, life coaching, and more.

The University works with Pause Therapy, a private counselling and psychotherapy practice based in London. Staff are entitled to 8 sessions per year and each counselling session lasts up to 50 minutes.
